Rania M.

Chief of Staff

Rania has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing thoughtful strategic plans including organic and inorganic growth initiatives. She has expertise managing diverse and cross-functional teams to implement complex projects and is comfortable and effective in high growth, ambiguous situations.

Rania started her career in healthcare consulting, working across the healthcare landscape with physicians, hospitals and life sciences companies at APM (CSC’s Healthcare Group) and Accenture. After completing her MBA, Rania worked in M&A as an advisor as well as in-house developing and rolling out GEMS Education’s acquisition strategy. Over the last 10 years Rania has been serving as an advisor to C-level executives and Boards and supporting their teams on a variety of strategic initiatives.

Rania has lived and worked in the US, UK and Dubai and currently sits on the Boards of two global organizations, Natakallam and Medical Aid Films. Natakallam offers language learning services taught by refugees and Medical Aid Films develops healthcare education digital content focused on women and children’s health.

Rania received an MPH in Health Policy & Management and an MBA both from Columbia University and a BS in Neuroscience from UCLA.
