Naomi has worked in education reform for the last 15 years. Her key strengths are in strategic planning, systems design, hiring, and coaching.
Naomi helped to co-found the Rocky Mountain Prep charter network in Denver, CO. She was the founding Director of Curriculum & Instruction and then Director of Talent during which time she designed the academic program, coached staff members, and strengthened organizational systems for talent recruitment, onboarding, hiring, staff development, and her biggest passion: staff culture.
Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Prep Naomi worked for Teach For America as a corps member and teacher coach in New York City and Hawaii.
