Lucretia is an organizational development consultant with a focus on diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and collaboration during times of change.

Lucretia spent four years as the Executive Director of Expeditions at Summit Public Schools, one of Fast Company’s 50 most innovative organizations. Lucretia loves helping students and adults find their unique talents and voice, see its potential, and bring it to life. She thrives in environments where change is unfolding at a rapid pace because she loves to get teams aligned, establish trust and connection, and empower people to do what they do best.

Most recently, Lucretia has served as an executive coach and diversity, equity and inclusion facilitator for large hospital networks, global software companies and her local charter school. In addition to her four years as a principal Lucretia also taught for four years, two as a Teach for America Corps Member, one in Switzerland, and one in Greece as a Fulbright Scholar. She has worked with the Edunomics Lab, Bellwether Education Partners, DC Public Schools, Center City Public Charter Schools, and the Georgetown Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership.

Lucretia holds her Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown, where she was selected as the Pablo Eisenberg Public Interest Fellow, and is a graduate of the Stanford Principal Fellows Program. She serves on the board of Ledyard Charter in New Hampshire and the Appalachian Mountain Club– New Hampshire Chapter.
