Chief of Staff

Lindsay has over 15 years of strategy, human resources, and operations experience and has held various roles in government, consulting, higher education and multinational corporations. She was a Balanced Scorecard strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies, has organized and managed the delivery of executive development programs, wrote and published business case studies for a business school curriculum, and has planned and successfully executed projects like increasing divisional employee engagement, implementing compliance process improvements and developing, revising and consolidating global human resources policies and procedures.

Lindsay comes to vChief from State Street Bank where she was Chief of Staff for six business lines, including the Latin America and Caribbean business.  During her five year tenure at the company, she held roles in talent development, employee engagement, and workforce planning where she performed extensive data analysis.

Fluent in Spanish, Lindsay served in the Peace Corps Dominican Republic for three years as a Community Economic Development Advisor.  She holds an MBA from Questrom School of Management at Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Wellesley College.
