Leslie Vargas first connected with vChief through Braven, and began her career at vChief as a Talent & Administration Intern. Leslie now serves as the Finance and Operations Coordinator, working across various departments for the company.
Before joining vChief, Leslie accumulated a decade of experience in the fitness industry, serving as Program Director and Head Instructor at a prominent martial arts studio under the nation's largest martial arts organization. In this role, Leslie managed day-to-day operations, spearheaded sales initiatives, oversaw account management, and executed strategic planning and systems implementation. Above all, Leslie dedicated herself to helping others achieve their personal goals.
Leslie graduated from Rutgers University Business School with a BS in Leadership & Management and a Sales Concentration. Leslie resides in New Jersey, and in her free time enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
