Katrina M.

Katrina has over a decade of experience supporting executive leadership through periods of rapid growth and change. She began her career as a research assistant, then becoming a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, before landing in the non-profit sector. In her decade-long tenure at Bottom Line, a national direct-service non-profit organization, she supported served as the Head of HR. Katrina excels in talent management, human resources, project management, strategic planning, and systems and process design. Currently based in Boston, Katrina earned her Bachelor's from Bryn Mawr College and Master's from the University of Pennsylvania. Katrina is committed to promoting equity within education and within the workplace.
