Chief of Staff

Jennifer has over 12 years of adult learning, strategy and coaching under her belt. She loves helping teams and individuals operate effectively, efficiently, and joyfully.

Jennifer started her career in education through the organization Teach For America, where she taught in both San Jose and San Francisco, California. After teaching Jennifer was responsible for coaching and mentoring a set of 60+ leaders. Jennifer transitioned from a coaching role to training role in 2015. Ultimately Jennifer was responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and managing the staff of the summer institute (over 40 people annually). Her staff held some of the highest satisfaction in the entire country–in particular Jennifer created a staff culture that was welcoming to people of all backgrounds.

Most recently, Jennifer founded Jennifer Tschetter Consulting and works across a variety of sectors to ensure individuals and teams are reaching full potential. Her work includes one-on-one executive coaching, a focus on mid-level management, and team strategy/culture work. She works with teams starting out, teams that need an extra push, as well as teams that need a restart.

Jennifer is formally a formally certified Gallup Strengths Coach, as well as an International Coaching Federation member.
