Gabriela calls herself problem solver extraordinaire! There is no challenge too great for her to undertake with excellent results. Gabriela joins vChief after almost a decade working in the non-profit sector with extensive experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning/Goal Setting, Leadership Training/Support, Communications Management, and Policies and Procedure Creation/Update/Reinforcement.

Before joining vChief, Gabriela worked at Teach For America where she helped the organization through multiple system implementations most notably overhauling an entire expense protocol implementing an automated expense system impacting over 2,200 employees resulting in more efficient processing times and enhanced controls. Gabriela takes broader organizational/leadership visions and creates clear implementation plans to make them a reality. She focuses on empowering leadership with key metrics for goal-setting and providing recommendations of focus areas for organizations to grow and excel.

Gabriela has a BA cum laude and MA in Psychology from New York University with a focus on organizational psychology and relationship building. She grew up living in 7 countries submerging herself in different cultures which fueled her passion for social justice. Originally all the way from Uruguay, she currently lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and beagle. When she is not giving her all on projects, Gabriela is a passionate traveler having visited over 44 countries and looking to add at least one new country per year. She is fluent in French and Spanish, and has basic knowledge of Italian.
