Carrie speaks the language of senior business executives in a variety of functions because she has more than likely sat in their chair. Her passion is enabling the success of others above all else. She brings 25 years of executive experience from a variety of senior HR and business line positions in Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Building Products, and Automotive. Her most recent Corporate Role was as Head of Client Experience for Citi Retail Services. In these duties she not only led the Client Experience team, but also served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. Carrie left the corporate world in 2016 to build a professional services business from scratch to $2 million in revenue in just 2 years.

Carrie’s professional roots began in Human Resources in manufacturing organizations and later transitioned to Financial Services in both HR and Business functions. She thrives in helping business leaders elevate business performance by guiding people and process strategy. Her passion is enabling the success of others, whether that be individual leaders or business teams. Her deepest technical expertise lies in the areas of Human Resources Management, Project Management, Operations, and Client Experience. Carrie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and her master’s degree from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
