Cara brings over 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and strategy to her role as Revenue Operations Specialist. At vChief, she optimizes workflows, leverages data for actionable insights, and aligns sales, marketing, and client success teams to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance team collaboration. With a background in international education and cultural exchange, where she led sales and operations teams, she is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering collaboration across teams, and leveraging data and efficiencies to drive organizational success. Cara earned her Bachelor’s degree from Denison University. Now based in Colorado with her family, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, and staying engaged in her community through volunteering, particularly supporting youth development and preparing them for their future.
