Brooke is a seasoned non-profit executive with nearly 15 years of success building and managing initiatives and teams towards scalable and sustainable impact. Brooke launched her career at Teach For America as the Founding Director of Faith-Based Outreach. Here she honed her skills with start-up initiatives and building complex strategic partnerships to support organizational effectiveness and success.

She spent the majority of her career in the talent acquisition space working as both a front-line executive recruiter and manager of Teach For America’s Regional Talent Recruitment team. In this post, she spearheaded the redesign of the organization’s strategy for supporting approximately 50 regions through a differentiated menu of services. Most recently, Brooke was the Founding Executive Director of OneGoal-Metro Atlanta. Overall, Brooke has in-depth experience in talent acquisition and development (hiring, on-boarding, and professional development), start-up ventures, and strategic national partnerships. She is a graduate of Duke University (B.S. Public Policy) and lives in the Metro Atlanta area with her husband and two children.
