Amy brings over 15 years of experience in ladership, strategic planning, financial management, and operational strategies to mission-driven organizations and businesses. Working across several sectors, Amy thrives in delivering astute business assessments, priorities analysis, effective project management, collaborative staff management, and outstanding communication. Currently Amy is an executive consultant and a finance administrator.

Prior to establishing ALR Consulting, LLC, Amy served as Vice President of Academic Exchange Program for the Council on International Education Exchange, where she directed academic exchange programs serving 1,700 exchange students from 78 countries for J1 Visa High School Exchange, F1 Visa High School Study, and Department of State grants. Amy also served as a senior leader at the start-up CATS Academy Boston, a subsidiary of Cambridge Education Group, UK, and helped to grow student enrollment from 27 to 420 students in four years through innovative programs, student experience, and effective admissions strategies. Amy has also directed education programs at Audubon New Mexico, and held roles in marketing, communication, and development.

Amy is dedicated to helping organizations maximize their potential, streamline operations, and meet their business goals. She resides in New England and is a passionate bird photographer and spends as much time as possible outside traveling and exploring with family.
