Amy is an accomplished leader with over 25 years experience facilitating transformational projects in manufacturing and non – manufacturing environments with proven capability to achieve operational excellence with a background in: Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Purchasing Performance, Supply Base Optimization, and Process and System Training.

Most recently, she consults on behalf of venture capital firms to optimize sales growth through process improvement within family owned small businesses. Prior to that, she consulted directly to the President and CEO of Yazaki North America. She had leadership of a cross-functional global team to achieve organizational transformation, drive direct material cost savings of 5% on a $10B USD annual spend, and manage supply chain issues during the global pandemic.

Her past career activities were focused in a mid-cap family owned business, Process Development Corporation, where she led operations. There she progressed from Corporate Trainer, to Project Leader, to Program Manager, to Director, and finally to President.
