Associate Chief of Staff
Support executive leaders as a strategic doer and creative problem solver. Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives, manage resources, and autonomously identify potential problems and develop solutions. Add capacity and execution to help your client maximize their time. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Chief of Staff
Work side-by-side with executive leaders as a thought partner and strategic right hand. Offer strategic counsel, key leadership, and day-to-day management. Oversee strategic initiatives from start to finish, provide communication support, and leverage your client’s time to make them as effective as possible. Minimum of 12 years professional experience OR relevant advanced degree and 3 years experience.
Drive positive change while filling the role of an absent nonprofit executive. Establish trust with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the organization’s reputation and culture. Oversee the organization’s overall operations, including finance, forecasting, fund development, human resources, and marketing. Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including prior CEO, ED, or COO experience.
Chief Operating Officer
Join the C-suite as a change agent, working to actualize and execute on the long-term business plans of the organization. Drive growth within your client’s organization by improving processes, freeing up resources, and developing a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior level operations role.
