Thursday, October 29 | 1:00–1:45 p.m. ET
Turn your 2027 plans into action
Planning for 2027 is one thing. Turning those priorities into clear ownership, accountability, and action is another.
Join vChief Founder & Co-CEO Maddy Niebauer and Chief of Staff Lauren Slater Siegmund for a practical conversation about what it takes to move from planning to execution.
You’ll come away with practical guidance on:
Turning 2027 priorities into clear owners, decisions, and next steps
Protecting executive capacity by identifying what only you should own and what you should delegate
Keeping cross-functional priorities moving when no single team owns the work
Diagnosing whether stalled execution comes down to bandwidth, expertise, or organizational structure
Share your biggest 2027 planning challenge when you register. Select responses will shape the conversation, with time for additional live questions at the end.
