vChief’s 2020 Year in Review

While many of us were anxious to turn the calendar to 2021, it’s important to reflect on 2020. It was a year unlike any other, with events occurring that many of us never could have imagined. The year had its fair share of hardships and loss, and we continue to be mindful of that as we move into 2021.

But we’re also determined to find the silver lining in lessons learned and perspectives shifted, and we value the uncomfortable conversations and growth that are finally beginning to happen. The work is far from done, but at least we’re moving in the right direction.

We’re also taking some time to celebrate our accomplishments and achievements. Last year, vChief brought on 33 new clients and continued our trend of working within the education, nonprofit, startup and small business sectors. We provided over 18,000 hours of support–nearly double what we provided in 2019!

Once again, we were proud to partner with organizations that have a mission of social good like social justice, equity and inclusion, or LGBTQ rights. Our values as an organization are reflected in the work we do with these partners, and we’re happy to play a supporting role in allowing them to thrive and improve the health and wellness of our communities.

To account for our growth, we brought on 34 new consultants, 15 of which hold master’s degrees and 14 of which hold MBAs. Maddy continues to share her knowledge and experience as a thought leader through her position on the Young Entrepreneurs Council and featured articles in Forbes and Inc.

We’re forging ahead into 2021, optimistic about what is to come. We wish continued success for our partners and clients, current and former. Even if you aren’t actively using our services, we hope you’ll continue to stay connected. We appreciate your support and value the relationships we’ve built throughout the years.
